Converting challenges into concrete actions, Bel's human resource teams are harmonizing recruiting processes, training programs, compensation, performance evaluations, mobility management, and talent management. These structuring changes are sustaining the Bel mindset encapsulated in the "Sharing smiles" signature. Numerous initiatives in line with the company's "People First" social charter are also helping to federate Bel's 11,000 employees around the world. In 2014, Bel launched a number of initiatives to cultivate a respectful and motivating work environment, to contribute to strengthening employee commitment. The Group held its first security week, further enhanced cooperation and sharing through use of the Yammer enterprise social network, awarded employees for noteworthy achievements, encouraged the replication of best practices, and involved more than 2,000 employees in revising the Group's values.
