The Bel Group has integrated the digital world into its overall strategy for many years now, as can attest the five million fans and followers its brands have attracted on social media worldwide. In 2014, a new threshold was crossed with the establishment of Digital Lab. Featuring a cross-sector team led by the Strategy Department, Digital Lab supports the company's move toward digital transformation and the challenges and opportunities it presents for Bel's various functions. Initiatives to raise awareness among employees have been launched.
