Food quality and safety controls down the entire line

The Bel Group's 28 plants produce over 400,000 metric tons of cheese annually, including 17 billion portions. Bel applies the same food quality and safety requirements at all its sites and has established a control process across its entire production chain. In 2014, 21 Bel plants were certified in accordance with the GFSI* (Global Food Safety Initiative) standards.
